A neutral, voluntary, humanitarian organization working in the field of search, rescue and firefighting, strives to provide service wherever it can reach.
By 2013, news about the work of different volunteer teams began to spread. These groups became aware of their respective efforts which eventually opened communication channels aimed at coordinating and sharing available resources between teams.

Since we started our rescue work, 288 of our volunteers have lost their lives in the line of duty, most of them were killed in double-tap strikes
